Getting Stronger Made Simple

All we expect from you is to simply show up, record your progress, ask questions (in the interactive discussion group), and do your best while having fun learning how to be an even more awesome version of yourself. You will need to buy two Kettlebells for your home. We will provide you with what you should get for your current fitness level and specific goals. The training is three times a week.
